How many fans does your INFINITI vehicle have? Two, maximum. One is a cooling fan for the radiator. It's usually electric. It draws cooler air through the system, which helps scatter engine heat captured by coolant, thereby helping your engine work as best it can. The fan often turns on and off as needed. The other fan is for the condenser in the AC system. It helps cool the condenser off so that it can continue to do its job -- turning refrigerant gas into a liquid -- effectively.
What are the Symptoms of Failing or Bad Car Fans?
Aside from a Check Engine Light, they range widely. However, they're easy to spot. They include loose or rusty connectors, open or shorted-out wiring, blown fuses, a faulty switch, and a malfunctioning relay or control circuit. Also, you may notice the air in your cabin not cooling off properly. You may even smell burning when running the air conditioner. The most obvious signs, however, are non-working fans and engine overheats. If you need replacement fan parts, you've come to the right auto parts counter. We carry only genuine OEM fans, those made by INFINITI specifically for the model you drive. The same goes for fan installation parts, like clutches, brackets, motors, and shrouds. You can even buy them online. Order now and we'll ship immediately.
