Weather, insects, road debris, and more can hit your windshield while you drive, obscuring your view of the road. Your INFINITI windshield wiper arms are crucial to sweeping it all away. The arms themselves are different from your wiper blades. The arms are what hold the blades. They pivot at one end; the blades are attached to the other. A motor powers it all, and it can either be electric or pneumatic. Most vehicles today have electric wiper motors. Pneumatic wiper motors are more common in older cars and trucks. A windshield washer system with a pump helps do the clearing, too, using either water or washer fluid to melt snow and ice.
When Should I Change Windshield Wipers and Blades?
Look for the symptoms they're bad. If you're wipers aren't moving, that's one; their motor may be bad. If the wiper frames are bent or broken, that's another. Signs you need to replace wiper blades include cracked rubber, squeaking, streaking, and detachment. When it's time to buy either online, you can order them from our auto parts counter. We've got the best options in stock, straight from your OEM and made to fit your INFINITI. Order now and we'll ship immediately.
